Every mug is made to order — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Once you order, your piece is sculpted, fired, and hand-painted from scratch just for you, so please allow 3–5 weeks for creation.

Once it's finished and ready to ship, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on where you are. Free standard shipping is included on every order, and priority shipping is available for $5.99 if you want it moving faster once it ships.

Because each mug is handmade, every one is slightly unique — small differences in shape, paint, and detailing are completely normal and part of the charm. No two are identical.To keep yours looking its best, hand-wash only with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid the dishwasher, extreme heat, and abrasive scrubbers so the sculpted detail and paint stay sharp. The stainless interior wipes clean easily.
